There was really no choice but to give this place a great rating. I seldom give 5 stars as few places can be flawless. But everything we ordered was delicious and well cooked. Each burger was cooked to how it was ordered. The topping bar was full and seemed freshly prepped. The employees were helpful and friendly. The restaurant is large enough where it does not feel crowded. Thanks to the staff for a job well done.

Everything was perfect. Their exotic meat menu is worth going in for. I have never seen such a thing. I spoke to the owner and he said the exotic meats are even unique among the Fuddruckers. I gave a four star rating to the atmosphere the volume was a little too loud for me.

This server is ALWAYS there and he works so hard to make sure every person is having a great experience. The food is great too but he really sets the best tone for the atmosphere. My whole family loves him.

Fuddruckers hits the mark every time. The burgers are top-notch—you can choose from a 1/3 lb, 1/2 lb, 2/3 lb, or full 1 lb patty and build it just how you like it with their fresh toppings bar. Everything’s cooked just right and full of flavor. What really stood out during our visit was Frederick. He’s been with the company for over 20 years, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. He wasn’t just cleaning up—he was making people feel seen and cared for. He came by our table, cleared our trays and trash with a smile, and treated us like guests in his own home. His attitude and service were so genuine that we included him in our group photo and even asked to take a picture with him. Frederick was a total standout and a real blessing to our whole family. Fuddruckers is lucky to have someone like him on their team.

Husband's favorite burger since he was a little kid. They closed all the locations around us so when we visit this is a must go to place. Always clean and friendly staff. Frederick goes above and beyond every time, and my daughter now calls him her favorite guy and can't wait to see him!! Awesome place and now has become a weekly tradition!

I'm a burger junkie of sorts, so when I saw they were opening a Fuddruckers in Virginia Beach I was excited. My father and I have enjoyed big, fresh, juicy and perfectly cooked burgers here several tes already. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We will be returning for many more visits. Just a recent update on 09/05/2023 my dad and I returned. He wanted to try the chilli cheese dog. He ordered two and I couldn't believe how big they were. The rolls they make were fresh and toasted to perfection. I got the 1/2lb cheeseburger and as always it was cooked perfect. We always have a great experience here and will be returning more often. It wouldn't let me add more photos to my review unfortunately. It finally let me add photos of the chilli cheese dogs. Please don't drool on your screen.

We came on a Saturday after the aquarium. The woman at the counter was so helpful and nice. She even told me I was doing a good job with my hyper ass heck kids. We took our seat and were immediately helped by Fredrick. He was absolutely amazing. On the top of his game. The food came out quick and Absolutely hit the spot. Fredrick interacted with us and our kids. He was an absolute joy!
